Performance Matters is Roy and Jeremy
We have been working together since 1996.  In those days Roy was Senior Forecasting Manager in one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies and Jeremy was responsible for transforming our innovative ideas into valuable working models

 

And here we are almost 14 years later with essentially the same modus operandi. Neither of us has lost our curiosity about the story behind the numbers or our desire to get stuck in and expose those issues for structured analysis and debate. It would seem that the service we offer has a certain timelessness. Our customers continue to trust our insight and opinions and our ability to add value in all types of business problem analysis and resolution.

Company history
Roy Welsh and Jeremy Jones formed PMC at the end of 1999.  Roy and Jeremy had been working together for about three years by then, firstly as employees of a large multi-national pharmaceutical organisation and subsequently as consultants.
